Trauma-Informed Somatic Healing for Women Ready to Reclaim Their Lives
Superfine Synergy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit healing sanctuary dedicated to making trauma-informed, body-based healing accessible to all women — especially those navigating childhood and life trauma, chronic stress, and the long-term effects of living in survival mode.
Healing is not a privilege.
It’s a right — and we’re here to ensure every woman has access to the tools, support, community, and care she deserves.
Help us expand access to trauma-informed, body-based healing.
Why We Exist
Healing shouldn’t be a luxury — it should be a right.
But for too many women, access to trauma recovery, somatic healing, and community support is still out of reach.
The reasons are real — and systemic.
Cost.
Lack of representation.
Generational trauma.
Cultural conditioning that teaches women to abandon their needs.
A mental health system that prioritizes diagnosis over embodiment.
The lingering shame of asking for help.
And a society that celebrates burnout while pathologizing rest.
Superfine Synergy exists to change that.
We serve women who carry invisible burdens — the long-term impact of childhood and life trauma, chronic stress, systemic harm, and survival-mode living that no amount of “mindset work” or talk therapy alone can fully address.
Because healing isn’t just psychological — it’s physiological.
It happens through the body. Through breath.
Through nervous system regulation and safe, compassionate connection.
Love & Praise for the Work We Do at Superfine Synergy
"Superfine Synergy is the first space where I have felt completely safe to explore my own healing journey while still being connected to a supportive community.
The way visualization, movement, and emotional trust are woven together here is unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
There’s no pressure to 'be' a certain way — just complete freedom to show up as yourself, which is so rare.
It’s truly a dance of self-discovery."
— Savannah
"Superfine Synergy is more than a space — it’s a community.
A place where healing is supported, nervous systems are honored, and women are met with compassion, care, and choice.
Here, you’ll find tools, practices, and connection that help you come out of your head and back into your body — creating more presence, peace, and possibility in your life.
This work matters. This community matters. And it truly makes a difference."

Our Vision: Healing That Creates a Ripple Effect
At Superfine Synergy, we believe healing isn’t just personal — it’s collective.
When a woman is supported in healing her nervous system, reconnecting with her body, and reclaiming her voice — that transformation extends far beyond her.
It shifts how she parents, partners, leads, creates, and shows up in the world.
Her healing becomes a ripple — touching relationships, communities, and future generations.
We envision a world where:
Trauma recovery is not gatekept by privilege
Healing spaces honor the body as much as the mind
Women of all identities feel safe, supported, and seen
Generational cycles of harm are interrupted — and replaced with compassion, nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, trauma-informed care, and supportive community.
This vision is rooted in equity, embodiment, and radical care.
Because collective change doesn’t begin in systems — it begins in bodies.
And we are here to make that change possible.
This is how healing becomes a movement — grounded in understanding, led by women, felt for generations.
How We Make It Happen

At Superfine Synergy, we translate our mission into action through accessible, trauma-informed, body-based healing — designed specifically for women navigating the long-term effects of childhood and life trauma, stress, and survival-mode living.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that true transformation happens through the body — not just the mind.
It’s not about fixing women.
It’s about creating space for women to reconnect with themselves — not as a concept, but as a felt experience.
A space where they feel supported enough to be in their body, in their truth, and free from judgment.

And when she does, she doesn’t just reclaim her own life — she helps rewrite what’s possible for those who come after her.
We’re here to make that possible.
For all women, in all the ways they show up in the world.
Love & Praise for the Work We Do at Superfine Synergy
"Receiving a scholarship has been truly life-changing.
Before joining, I felt overwhelmed, disconnected from my body, and unsure how to support myself beyond talk therapy.
I wanted help — but consistent, trauma-informed care felt financially out of reach.
Because of this scholarship, I was able to access ongoing support that I simply couldn’t afford otherwise.
Within my first few months, I began sleeping through the night for the first time in years, instead of waking up in anxiety.
And I’ve had an easier time setting clearer boundaries in my relationships and advocating for my needs.
This scholarship didn’t just give me access to classes.
It gave me stability, support, and the belief that my healing matters."
— L.M.

We celebrate all women — in all bodies, with all lived experiences.
Our commitment to inclusivity spans age, race, body type, sexual orientation, gender expression, ability, and socioeconomic background.

The Story Behind Our Name
At first glance, Superfine Synergy might seem like an unexpected name for a healing-focused nonprofit — but each word was chosen with deep intention.
Our name captures the essence of what we do:
Weaving together powerful healing modalities, supportive community, and transformational experiences to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
Superfine: The Highest Quality of Healing
“Superfine” represents excellence.
It speaks to the deep, intentional care we pour into everything we offer — from trauma-informed programming to the nurturing spaces we cultivate.
True healing isn’t surface-level. It’s a process that requires depth, presence, and high-quality support.
In old-world craftsmanship, “superfine” described the most refined, purest form of a material.
We see healing the same way:
As a refinement of the self — a process of shedding survival patterns, old wounds, and cultural conditioning to rediscover the joy, power, and wisdom that has always lived within you.
More Than a Name — A Movement
Superfine Synergy is more than just an organization.
It’s a movement.
A sanctuary.
A space for healing, reclamation, and remembering.
We exist to remind every woman:
❥ You are not broken — you are becoming.
❥ You are worthy of healing — simply because you exist.
When one of us heals, we all rise.
Synergy: The Power of Collective Healing
“Synergy” is the magic that happens when elements come together to create something far more powerful than they could alone.
Healing is no different.
We believe in the synergy of modalities — somatic movement, nervous system regulation, holistic tools, and emotional expression — working in harmony to create embodied, lasting transformation.
And we believe in the synergy of sisterhood.
When women gather in supportive, intentional spaces, the energy of the group accelerates healing, amplifies connection, and creates ripple effects that extend far beyond the individual.
Why This Work Is Needed

Meet Danielle — Our Founder, Executive Director & Lead Facilitator
Danielle Gaebel is the visionary behind Superfine Synergy — a nonprofit devoted to making trauma-informed, body-centered healing accessible to all women, regardless of background or circumstance.
For years, Danielle lived in survival mode — shaped by unprocessed childhood trauma and the invisible burdens so many women carry.
From overgiving and overfunctioning to the sudden spikes of dysregulation triggered by unresolved pain, her nervous system was constantly on high alert — even when everything looked “fine” on the outside.
Her healing began when she discovered somatic practices that allowed her to feel again — not just think or talk through her experiences.
This embodied path helped her regulate her nervous system, release long-held trauma patterns, and reclaim the parts of herself she had abandoned in order to stay safe.
“I know what it’s like to live in survival — to carry trauma that no one sees, to feel disconnected from your body, and to keep trying to ‘think’ your way into feeling better because no one ever showed you another way.
I founded Superfine Synergy because somatic and holistic healing works — but too often, it’s inaccessible to the women who need it most.
Healing shouldn’t be a privilege. It should be a right.
Together, we’re making that possible — and creating generational change, one woman at a time.”
— Danielle Gaebel, Founder & Executive Director
Today, Danielle is a certified JourneyDance® Facilitator, Mindset Coach, trauma-informed practitioner, and somatic healing guide — with extensive training in holistic wellness, movement-based modalities, and nervous system repair.
She also brings decades of experience in business strategy, marketing, and nonprofit leadership — allowing her to build sustainable spaces that are both heart-led and high-impact.
Danielle’s mission is clear — and deeply lived:
To help women break generational cycles, shift out of survival, and reconnect with the wisdom, voice, and radiant joy buried beneath a dysregulated nervous system.
At Superfine Synergy, she leads with both lived experience and professional expertise — creating spaces where healing is not a privilege, but a right.
Where no woman has to do it alone.
And where transformation isn’t just possible — it’s inevitable, when we do it together.
