  • We welcome all women — cis, trans, and nonbinary.

Women who feel spiritually, somatically, and socially aligned with women-centered healing.

If you’ve lived with the experience of being perceived, treated, or shaped by the world as a woman — this space is for you.

Our priority is creating safety, truth, and sacred space for those healing from woman-shaped wounds.

  • Not at all — you’re welcome exactly as you are.

The Superfine Life Membership is designed for all levels, whether you’re brand new to somatic and holistic healing or already on your path.

Every practice is offered as an invitation, not an expectation.

You’ll be gently guided, with space to go at your own pace, explore what resonates, and discover what healing feels like in your own body.

  • Yes — Support Is Available.

At Superfine Synergy, we believe healing should be a right, not a privilege.

That’s why we’re committed to making our membership as accessible as possible.

If you're in a season where financial circumstances make it difficult to invest in support, we offer a 50% discount for women who identify as:

    – BIPOC
    – LGBTQIA+
    – Veterans
    – Over 65
    – Living with a disability or neurodivergence
    – Single mothers or full-time caregivers
    – Experiencing financial or housing insecurity

Use code SISTER50 at checkout — no proof required, no questions asked.

We trust you to take what you need.

You’re not alone — and support should never be out of reach.

If even that feels out of reach, you’re welcome to apply for a fully gifted membership through our Superfine Scholarship Fund.

Thanks to our generous donors and sponsors, for every Superfine Life Membership purchased or donated, we gift one to a woman who wouldn’t otherwise have access.

No financial documents needed — just a few words about how this space could support your healing and why you feel called to join.

    You are worthy of support.
    You are not a burden.
And we’re here to walk with you.

This is our Support a Sister model — healing that flows both ways.

  • We’re building something beautiful — and we know it takes a village.

If you’re a trauma-informed facilitator, healer, or holistic practitioner who believes in accessible, body-centered healing for all women, we’d love to explore how your gifts might support our mission.

Right now, we’re in the early stages — which means contributions are offered in the spirit of collaboration, not compensation.

As we grow and funding flows, our vision includes paid opportunities and deeper partnerships.

If you feel called to co-create this movement with us, learn more about how to get involved.

  • There are so many ways to help make healing more accessible — and every contribution creates a ripple of transformation.

    You can:

Make a one-time or monthly donation — your support helps fund memberships, programs, and scholarships for women in need.

Sponsor a woman’s healing journey — directly support someone who wouldn’t otherwise have access.

Partner with us as a corporate or community sponsor — align your brand with a mission rooted in healing, empowerment, and collective impact.

No matter how you give, you’re helping to break cycles of trauma, foster resilience, and make healing a right — not a privilege.

    Support the Mission

  • Yes. Superfine Synergy is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and all donations are 100% tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

When you make a one-time or monthly contribution, you’ll receive a donation acknowledgment for your records.

Your generosity directly supports scholarships, healing programs, and community-based trauma-informed care.

For those joining our membership, only a portion of membership fees may be tax-deductible based on the fair market value of what's received.

We recommend speaking with your tax advisor for clarity.

  • Absolutely.

Many of our supporters have made donations to honor:

    • A mother, grandmother, or ancestor who endured trauma without the resources to heal

    • A partner, friend, or loved one currently on their healing journey

    • A daughter or future generation they hope will grow up in a world with more support and less silence

    • Their own inner child — a symbolic act of breaking the cycle and reclaiming power

We’ve even received donations from men who wanted to honor the untold stories of their mothers — women who carried so much without ever having a space to release or be held.

If you’d like to dedicate your donation, there’s an option to include a note at checkout.

We’d be honored to acknowledge your gift in our records and, if you’d like, share a special thank you message in their name.

Your donation becomes more than a gift — it becomes a legacy of healing.

You can also plant a flower in our Living Garden.

  • We’re primarily an online community, making healing accessible from anywhere.

That said, we also host in-person retreats, pop-up workshops, and live experiences throughout the year — often in the Catskill Mountains (NY), Upstate NY, and Northeast PA.

And soon in other beautiful, healing spaces.

Keep an eye on our Events Page for upcoming opportunities to gather, move, and heal in person.

We'd love to meet you there.

  • We’d love to hear from you.

You can reach us anytime using the button above — or email Danielle.

We’ll get back to you as soon as we can — with heart, presence, and care.

Love & Praise for the Work We Do at Superfine Synergy

Superfine Synergy creates an incredibly safe and nurturing space while encouraging deep personal growth.

This community fosters self-connection, emotional release, and transformation in a way that is rare.

It’s a space where authenticity, empowerment, and intentional living come together, allowing women to show up as their true selves without hesitation.”

— Cara

“There is something magical about the way Superfine Synergy blends somatic movement and deep emotional healing.

It’s not just about well-being — it’s about freedom and self-discovery.

This space offers a safe, welcoming environment where women feel held, seen, and free to express themselves.

When I think of this work, I think of empowerment through movement, a healing sisterhood, and a space where people can drop their masks and just be.”

— Angel

“Superfine Synergy doesn’t feel like a nonprofit organization — it feels like a sacred gathering of women supporting each other.

The community is deeply invested in every person’s healing journey.

The focus is not on transactions, but on guiding women in a positive, healthy direction with exceptional love and care.

Offering extra sessions, thoughtful gifts, and continuous support are just a few examples of the generosity and heart-centered approach that make this space so special.”

— Erica
