A gathering rooted in embodied healing and nervous-system support — where we build real capacity, not performance.

Here, you don’t have to prove you’re strong.

You get to move the stress you’ve been carrying.

You get to hear your own thoughts again.

You get to be in a room — even a virtual one — where you’re not the only one who feels this way.

Because most of us were taught how to hold it all together — not how to feel safe putting it down.

We learned how to be strong. How to over-function.

How to keep going long after we were tired.

Those strategies made sense.

But surviving isn’t the same as feeling steady.

And strength without rest eventually turns into armor.

Brave Women is a space to practice something different — in your body, not just your mind.

Through intentional movement, nervous-system-aware rest, and real connection, you’ll have space to:

  • Release the tension living in your jaw, shoulders, and chest.

  • Interrupt the self-pressure that never fully shuts off.

  • Notice what you actually need — before you hit your edge.

  • Experience strength that feels grounded instead of hard.

  • Be in community without performing insight or positivity.

This isn’t empowerment theater.

It’s capacity building.

So you leave clearer. Softer. More rooted in yourself.

So your conversations feel steadier.

Your work doesn’t consume you whole.

And your nervous system isn’t running the show.

And less alone in what you’re carrying.

Yes — this gathering is free.

Because access to nervous-system support shouldn’t be gatekept.

It’s offered as a doorway — into an ongoing community where strength is built slowly, sustainably, and in relationship.

What to Expect

Everything offered is an invitation — because real capacity grows through choice, not force.

  • JourneyDance

    ❥ Activate & Rise

    We begin with JourneyDance® — a choice-based, somatic movement practice designed to help you release what you’ve been bracing against and reconnect with grounded strength.

    You’ll be invited to move with intention, shake off what feels braced or heavy, and reconnect with your body as a steady source of power and clarity.

    This is an opportunity to root into your strength, take up space, and rise without hardening.

    No choreography. No performing.

    Nothing you need to be “good at.”

  • Yoga Nidra

    ❥ Integrate & Restore

    After movement, we transition into 20–25 minutes of trauma-informed Yoga Nidra.

    Here, your body gets to rest.

    Fully.

    This guided practice supports nervous-system regulation and integration — allowing what you moved to fully land instead of being overridden.

    You’ll be invited to lie down, be supported, and guided gently — with nothing to prove and nowhere to perform.

    Nothing to achieve. Nothing to perform.

    Just integration.

  • Community Connection

    ❥ Gather & Be Witnessed

    We close by gathering — because connection isn’t automatic. It’s practiced.

    You’ll have space to reflect, share (if you wish), or simply listen — without pressure to be insightful.

    Brave Women is not about doing this alone.

    It’s about being in a room — even a virtual one — where women are choosing steadiness, honesty, and embodiment together.

    You don’t have to say anything.
    You don’t have to have anything “figured out.”

    You just have to show up.

    This is where regulation becomes relational.

Meet Danielle — Your Host & Facilitator

Brave Women is guided by Danielle Gaebel, founder of Superfine Synergy, certified JourneyDance® facilitator, and trauma-informed Yoga Nidra guide.

Danielle’s work centers on one core belief: we cannot build brave futures from depleted bodies.

Her approach blends somatic movement, nervous-system regulation, and intentional community to create spaces where women can release what they’ve been bracing against — and build steady capacity from the inside out.

She is known for facilitating experiences that are structured but spacious, grounded but powerful.

Choice-based. Deeply human.

Free from pressure to perform.

Danielle creates rooms where strength doesn’t require hardening — and where women can practice becoming steady, together.

Details to Note

    • An open mind.

    • A space where you can move and later lie down comfortably.

    • Internet access to join via Zoom.

    • Comfortable clothes (layers work best).

    • A lightweight scarf (used in the dance — a blanket or towel works too).

    • Water.

    • Tissues.

    • 2–4 blankets and/or a yoga mat for rest.

    • Pillows for under your head, knees, or wherever you need support (optional).

    • An eye pillow or mask (optional).

    • A journal and pen (if you’d like to write afterward).

    • Candles or soft lighting (optional).

    • Headphones or earbuds (strongly recommended for the best sound experience).

  • We’ll begin with a gentle welcome — grounding into the space and orienting to what the evening will hold.

    From there, we move into JourneyDance® — a guided, expressive movement practice designed to help you release tension and reconnect with your body.

    Then we transition into Yoga Nidra, allowing your nervous system to drop into deep rest, integration, and renewal.

    We close with optional community connection.

    You’re welcome to reflect, share, ask questions, or simply listen.

    Many women feel quiet or sleepy after Yoga Nidra — that’s completely normal.

    You are always invited to honor what you need.

  • Good question! Here’s what you need to know…

    This gathering is free — offered as a gift to our community.

    A Zoom link will be sent after you register.

    You’ll receive reminder emails the day before and one hour before we begin.

    This is a sacred, supportive, judgment-free space. Come as you are.

    You’re welcome to keep your camera off. We simply ask that you say hello in the chat so we know you’re present.

    All movement is suggestion-based. You are always free to move (or not move) in ways that feel aligned.

    No experience necessary.

    This offering is open to all women — cis, trans, and nonbinary people who feel spiritually, somatically, and socially aligned with women-centered healing.

    Everything is choice-based. Move at your own pace.

    A replay will be available for one week after the live gathering.

    Members of the Superfine Synergy community receive ongoing access to the full Brave Women archive inside the private portal.

  • Brave Women is a monthly gathering — each month centered around a different theme.
