Full Moon Ceremony & JourneyDance ❥ Thursday, April 2 ❥
Slow down. Tune in. Work with the rhythm of the moon.
Lunar Wisdom: Moon Phase Rituals & JourneyDance
A trauma-informed, body-based experience that blends movement, reflection, moon-cycle practices, and the current astrology to support release, clarity, and reconnection.
No experience needed. No pressure to do it a certain way.
Just space to move, reflect, and listen.
Modern life doesn’t offer much rhythm.
We move from one thing to the next without space to check in, process, or reset — even when our bodies are asking for it.
For thousands of years, people lived in closer relationship with natural cycles — taking time to reflect, release, and begin again.
Lunar Wisdom offers a way back to that rhythm.
A space to pause, get curious about what’s here, release what’s been building, and create space for what’s next — not just once, but as an ongoing practice.
So you can move forward with more clarity, intention, and alignment, instead of constantly pushing through.
What is Lunar Wisdom?
Lunar Wisdom is a guided, body-based experience that weaves together movement, reflection, and moon-cycle awareness to support release, clarity, and reconnection.
Each class is designed as a space to pause, check in with what’s here, and work with it — rather than push past it.
Inside each experience, we work with:
JourneyDance® (movement, music, breath, sound)
Guided reflection and journaling
Ritual moments for release and intention
Insight into the current moon phase and surrounding astrology
Visualization and mantra
These practices support nervous system regulation, create space to process what’s been building, and help you reconnect with your inner guidance.
Join live or receive the replay — whatever works best for you.
Why Work with the Moon Cycles?
Each phase of the moon offers a different entry point for reflection, release, and forward movement.
Dark Moon — a time to clear, release, and create space. To turn inward and let go of what’s been building before beginning again.
New Moon — a time to set intentions, call in what you’re ready for, and take aligned action steps toward what matters most.
Full Moon — a time of illumination. To see more clearly what’s ready to shift, and to release, forgive, or complete what no longer feels aligned.
Working with these phases gives structure to the process.
Instead of holding everything at once, you’re supported in moving through a natural cycle — clearing, setting intention, and releasing again.
This isn’t about doing it perfectly.
It’s about having a consistent way to check in, work with what’s present, and move forward with greater awareness and intention.
Why Women Come to Lunar Wisdom
Women often come to Lunar Wisdom because they are:
feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, or stretched thin
craving a moment to pause, reset, and check in with themselves
holding emotions or tension they haven’t had space to process
wanting to reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more intentional way
feeling called to work with cycles instead of constant forward movement
wanting to release what’s no longer aligned and create space for what’s next
setting intentions or calling in something new, but not wanting it to live only in their mind
looking for a more embodied way to move toward what they want
Lunar Wisdom can support you in:
❥ slowing down and checking in with yourself
❥ releasing what’s been building
❥ gaining clarity and perspective
❥ reconnecting with your body and inner guidance
❥ setting intentions that feel aligned and realistic
❥ creating space for reflection and renewal
❥ taking aligned steps toward what you’re ready for next

Danielle is the founder of Superfine Synergy, a nonprofit community devoted to trauma-informed somatic healing and supportive spaces for women.
She is a certified JourneyDance® Facilitator, Mindset Coach, Moonologer, and Yoga Nidra guide, and is passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies through movement, reflection, and ritual.
In her lunar gatherings, Danielle weaves together music, somatic movement, breath, journaling, and moon wisdom to create experiences that support nervous-system regulation, emotional awareness, and deeper connection with inner guidance.
She especially loves working with the rhythms of the moon, using each phase as an invitation for reflection, release, and new beginnings.
Dance has been part of Danielle’s life for as long as she can remember. What began as a personal love of movement gradually became a calling to share the power of embodied practices with others.
Today, she creates warm, trauma-aware spaces where women can move freely, explore with curiosity, and reconnect with the wisdom already within them.
