Meet Danielle Gaebel — Our Founder, Executive Director, and Lead Facilitator
Visionary Leader | Trauma-Informed | Advocate for Accessible Healing
Danielle is the heart and driving force behind Superfine Synergy — a nonprofit reimagining how women heal from trauma by centering the body, community, and equity.
As a seasoned entrepreneur, nonprofit leader, and somatic practitioner, Danielle brings a rare fusion of business strategy and embodied wisdom to her work.
With over 28 years of experience in brand building, marketing, coaching, and leadership, she now channels her expertise into a mission that’s deeply personal: to make trauma-informed, body-based healing accessible, inclusive, and sustainable for all women.
Danielle isn’t just trained in the work — she’s lived it.
A trauma survivor herself, she knows what it’s like to live in survival mode: anxious, emotionally shut down, over-functioning, and holding it all together on the outside.
For years, she tried to push through — relying on intellect, achievement, and willpower to fix what was never hers to carry.
Her true transformation began through somatic practices, movement, and nervous system repair — tools that finally helped her feel again, not just cope.
Today, her leadership is rooted in both lived experience and rigorous training, guided by a deep devotion to equity, embodiment, and collective care.
At Superfine Synergy, Danielle isn’t just leading a nonprofit — she’s cultivating an ecosystem of healing: one where women feel supported, empowered, and no longer have to do it alone.
Under her guidance, Superfine Synergy is becoming a sanctuary for those who’ve tried everything — and are finally ready to heal in a way that works.
The Impact of Danielle’s Leadership
Danielle’s own transformation fuels her ability to hold space for others.
These words from those she’s served reflect the ripple effect of embodied leadership rooted in lived experience.
“Danielle is warm, intuitive, and deeply intentional. I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way — not rushed, not overlooked, but truly valued. Even in moments of vulnerability, her grounded presence made me feel safe and empowered. I left feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected to myself. It’s clear that Danielle doesn’t just guide this work — she lives it.”
— S.M.
"Danielle has a true gift. From the moment we began, I felt completely supported, heard, and held. She created a space where I could move through grief in a deeply personal and healing way — something I wouldn’t have allowed myself to do on my own. Her presence, care, and intuition made it feel safe to feel everything. This experience was profoundly healing, and I would recommend working with Danielle to anyone seeking a compassionate, transformative space."
— J.D.
"Danielle’s ability to listen and reflect back what she hears is extraordinary. This wasn’t just a session — it was a mirror. Everything felt intentionally crafted just for me: the words, the music, the pacing. I felt seen in a way that allowed me to release stuck energy, rewrite my story, and step into a new chapter with clarity and confidence. Danielle’s care, intuition, and presence made this one of the most meaningful healing experiences I’ve ever had."

From Danielle — A Letter to You…
Hi there, I’m Danielle.
I see you — because I’ve been you. Or some version of you.
Maybe you’re the strong one. The capable one. Holding it all together on the outside… while unraveling on the inside.
Maybe you’re the quiet one. The peacekeeper. The one who disappears when things get hard.
You stay busy. You keep giving. You avoid conflict. You try to stay ahead of the next crisis.
Joy feels distant. Rest feels unfamiliar.
You can’t remember the last time you felt truly light, relaxed, or good.
You’ve learned how to survive.
How to over-function. How to overgive.
Maybe — like I once did — you’ve tried to think your way out of it.
You’ve tried logic. Therapy. Reading all the books.
Tried to convince yourself you’re fine.
Tried to just push through.
But the triggers still come.
The same patterns loop like a broken record.
The anxiety. The exhaustion. The emotional shutdown.
The past still quietly running the show.
My Why
You — and every woman — deserve access to healing that’s embodied, inclusive, accessible, and transformational.
Because healing — and breaking patterns and cycles — doesn’t just shift you.
It transforms your family, your community, your lineage, and our world.
That’s why Superfine Synergy exists.
Here’s what I wish someone had told me:
These practices — somatic movement, mindset work, nervous system care — didn’t just change my life.
They saved it.
Without them, I’d still be stuck in the same survival patterns, disconnected from joy, constantly trying to outrun my past.
There is nothing wrong with you.
Trauma did this. Even if it wasn’t one big event — but a lifetime of silence, pressure, or unmet needs.
It left your nervous system dysregulated — always bracing, always scanning for what could go wrong.
But healing is possible.
Not through shame.
Not by muscling through it.
And not by doing it alone.
Healing begins when we come back into relationship with our bodies, our emotions, and our truth.
When we’re in spaces safe enough to feel.
When we are witnessed, supported, and reminded that we matter.
That’s what I found — and now, it’s what I offer.
Superfine Synergy was born from my own healing — and from a fierce belief that every woman deserves access to the care, community, and tools that can change her life.
This is a space for women like you.
Women who’ve carried too much, for too long.
Women ready to reclaim their voice, their joy, and their right to heal.
You are not broken. You are healing.
And I am here to welcome you, exactly as you are.
With love,
Danielle

The Superfine Behind the Synergy
Danielle was born into a world of unspoken trauma, abuse, neglect, and silence that shaped her nervous system before she had words for any of it.
On the outside, she looked “normal,” “happy.”
On the inside, she was living in chronic survival mode — managing the invisible impact of a childhood no one dared to name.
Her trauma didn’t come with a headline.
It came with self-abandonment, over-responsibility, emotional erasure — and a lifetime of trying to earn safety through overgiving, people-pleasing, and achievement.
She knows what it’s like to feel broken but look fine.
To shrink, to strive, to smile through the pain.
And that’s exactly why she created Superfine Synergy.
Today, Danielle is a wife to an incredible woman, a mom to two amazing young adults, and a proud dog mama to two deeply loved pups.
She lives nestled in the lower Catskill Mountains — a place that has held her through grief, awakening, and rebirth.
She’s a Capricorn sun, Scorpio rising, Sagittarius moon (with plenty of Virgo to keep things grounded). In Human Design, she’s a Generator — here to respond, build, and create.
She believes in slow living, the wisdom of the moon, and the healing power of dance.
For Danielle, joy is reclamation. Movement is medicine.
And healing is a radical act of truth-telling.
Over the past 18 years, she has unlearned what trauma taught her — and created a new way forward.
Superfine Synergy is the embodiment of that journey.
It’s not a brand or a business.
It’s a heartbeat.
And it’s here for every woman who's been holding it all together… while quietly falling apart.
Why This Work Matters
A Movement for Healing. A Mission for Justice.
Danielle’s mission goes far beyond individual healing.
She’s here to dismantle the belief that healing is a luxury — and to challenge the systems that ignore trauma’s long reach.
Her vision? A future where more women — especially those navigating poverty, marginalization, and chronic stress — can access healing that meets them where they are.
Because when women heal, we don’t just feel better.
❥ We reclaim our lives.
❥ We set boundaries.
❥ We break cycles.
❥ We stop abandoning ourselves.
❥ We raise children differently.
❥ We lead differently.
❥ We ripple healing into our families, our communities, and the generations to come.
Danielle believes this kind of healing isn’t just possible — it’s essential.
That’s why she created Superfine Synergy — a nonprofit sanctuary where trauma-informed, body-centered healing isn’t just available — it’s accessible, affordable, and community-powered.
Every offering is an invitation home.
To your body.
To your truth.
To the self you had to abandon to survive.
A Space to Begin Again
Whether you're here to heal, support, co-create, or simply explore — this space was made with you in mind.
Superfine Synergy isn’t just a nonprofit. It’s a movement.
A sanctuary. A growing ecosystem of care.
We’re here to support women through trauma-informed, body-based healing that meets them exactly where they are — and gently walks with them toward who they’re becoming.
If something here sparks a sense of resonance, trust it.
That’s the body’s way of saying: this might be for you.
You don’t have to earn your healing.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to arrive.
We’ll meet you here.
