These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“you,” “your”) and Superfine Synergy, Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (“Superfine Synergy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference (including our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer), govern your access to and use of SuperfineSynergy.org (and any related domains), including all content, functionality, services, programs, classes, events, community spaces, donation features, and resources offered through the website (the “Website”), whether as a guest, donor, participant, or registered user.
By accessing or using the Website, or by clicking to accept these Terms when presented with the option, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website.
Eligibility
This Website is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you do not meet this requirement, you must discontinue use of the Website.

We may remove submissions at our discretion.

Membership Billing, Cancellation, & No-Refund Policy
Billing & Renewal
If you enroll in a recurring Superfine Synergy membership, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a monthly recurring basis.
Memberships are billed in one-month increments
Your billing cycle renews on the same calendar day each month (e.g., January 1 → February 1)
Access to membership content is granted immediately upon purchase
Cancel Anytime. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal or by contacting us via email.
Cancellation stops future charges
Access remains active until the end of the current paid month
No partial refunds or prorations are provided
No Refund Policy
All membership purchases are final and non-refundable.
Because access to digital content, live classes, replays, and community resources is granted immediately, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Deciding the membership is not a fit
Missing classes or not participating
Personal schedule or circumstance changes
This policy allows us to keep our offerings accessible and sustainable as a nonprofit organization, except where a refund is required by law.
Health, Safety, & Participation Acknowledgment
Superfine Synergy offers somatic, movement-based, and experiential practices. Participation involves inherent physical, emotional, and psychological risks.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for honoring your own limits and seeking professional support when needed. Additional details are outlined in our Disclaimer.
No Warranties
The Website and all content and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability (Organization & Individuals)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superfine Synergy, Inc., and its directors, officers, board members, employees, volunteers, facilitators, contractors, agents, representatives, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website, participation in offerings, or reliance on content, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Website.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superfine Synergy, Inc. and all individuals acting on its behalf from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration conducted in Sullivan County, New York.
You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitration. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property or misuse of confidential information.
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Superfine Synergy regarding use of the Website.
