Laughter Yoga
A Little Laughter. A Lot of Joy.
When was the last time you had a really good laugh?
The kind that makes your shoulders drop, your belly move, and everything feel just a little lighter?
Laughter Yoga is a playful, feel-good practice that combines intentional laughter, gentle movement, and breathing exercises to help release tension, ease stress, and reconnect with joy.
And here's the fun part.
You don't need jokes, comedy, or even a reason to laugh!
Through simple, guided exercises, we invite laughter into the body. What starts as intentional laughter can naturally turn into genuine giggles, smiles, and moments of connection.
There's no pressure to be funny, no poses to master, and no need to arrive feeling happy.
Just come as you are.
Just 30 Minutes to Feel a Little Lighter!
Life gets busy. Stress builds up. And sometimes, we forget to make room for a little fun.
That's why we're keeping Laughter Yoga short and sweet.
30 minutes. Once a month. From the comfort of home.
No commute. No experience necessary. No pressure to be funny.
Just a little time to laugh, breathe, connect, and give yourself a break from everything else.

That's okay! You don't have to feel happy, be in a good mood, or even feel like laughing to join us.
In fact, those might be the times when you need a little laughter most!
We begin with intentional laughter exercises, and sometimes that laughter naturally becomes genuine.
There's no pressure to laugh, and you're always welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you.
-
Not at all!
Laughter Yoga can be practiced seated or standing.
You're welcome to move, stay seated, or modify any exercise to meet your body's needs. Comfort comes first!
-
Yes! Research suggests that laughter can help reduce stress, support relaxation, improve mood, and foster feelings of connection.
While the science is still evolving, there's good reason to make a little more room for laughter in our lives.
And the best part? You don't need to wait for something funny to happen!
-
Not in the traditional sense!
There are no yoga poses or complicated stretches to learn.
Laughter Yoga combines playful laughter exercises with gentle breathing techniques inspired by yoga.
No flexibility, yoga experience, or special equipment required.
Just bring yourself and a willingness to play!
