Explore the Practices We Use at Superfine Synergy
Discover a range of trauma-informed, somatic, and holistic practices that invite you to explore healing, self-discovery, and connection through the body.
Each practice meets a different part of your experience — your nervous system, your emotions, your body, your energy, your story.
Here, you'll find an overview of the practices we use and explore at Superfine Synergy, what they are, and how they may support you.
Healing isn't one-size-fits-all — and neither is this work.
Just different practices, thoughtful guidance, and room to discover what supports you.
-

Somatic Movement
Trauma-informed, body-based movement practices that invite intuitive, expressive movement — not choreography or performance.
How We Explore It
❥ JourneyDance® combines guided movement, breath, sound, visualization, intention, and embodied storytelling — creating space to move what you’re feeling, express what may be difficult to put into words, and reconnect with yourself.
❥ Kundalini Dance combines chakra-based movement, breath, sound, and mantra to explore energy, expression, and connection to self.
❥ Conscious and somatic movement invite present-moment awareness, sensation, and inner listening through freeform and guided movement.
Why We Use It
Movement offers another way to explore what you’re experiencing when words or thinking alone don’t feel like enough.
Through movement, breath, sound, and awareness, you’re invited to notice what’s happening in your body, give expression to what you’re feeling, and reconnect with your own inner experience.

Lunar Wisdom
Blending Moonology with JourneyDance®, these experiences use the lunar cycle as a rhythm for reflection, ritual, intention, and embodied exploration.
How We Explore It
❥ Dark Moon invites slowing down, turning inward, and creating space before beginning again.
❥ New Moon offers an opportunity to reflect on what you’re ready to call in, clarify intentions, and explore what you want to nurture.
❥ Full Moon invites reflection on what has come to light, what may be ready to shift, and what you’re ready to release.
❥ Lunar Wisdom experiences combine ceremony with JourneyDance® — bringing reflection and intention into the body through movement, expression, and ritual.
Why We Use It
The lunar cycle offers a natural rhythm for reflection — times to pause, set intentions, notice what’s emerging, and consider what we’re ready to release.
By combining ritual with JourneyDance®, Lunar Wisdom gives us an opportunity to move those reflections beyond thought and explore them through the body.

Guided Meditation, Hypnosis + Yoga Nidra
Guided practices that invite you to slow down, turn inward, rest, and explore your inner experience.
How We Explore It
❥ Guided Meditation invites present-moment awareness, grounding, reflection, and connection to your inner experience.
❥ Hypnosis uses guided relaxation and focused attention to explore beliefs, patterns, possibilities, and inner narratives.
❥ Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of deep rest that invites stillness, body awareness, and an opportunity to simply be.
Why We Use It
Not every practice needs movement.
Sometimes the invitation is to become still enough to notice.
Meditation can support present-moment awareness, Yoga Nidra creates space for deep rest, and hypnosis offers another way to explore beliefs, patterns, and the stories we carry.
-

EFT Tapping + Somatic Emotional Release
Body-based practices that invite you to explore emotions, sensations, stress, and what you’re experiencing through the body.
How We Explore It
❥ EFT Tapping combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with focused attention on thoughts, feelings, or experiences.
❥ Shaking and somatic movement invite the body into movement and expression when you’re carrying tension, activation, or emotion.
❥ Intentional breath and other body-based practices offer additional ways to notice sensation, create space, and reconnect with yourself.
Why We Use It
We don’t experience emotions only through our thoughts. We can feel them in our breath, muscles, posture, energy, and physical sensations.
These practices give us ways to explore what we’re experiencing through the body rather than relying only on thinking, analyzing, or finding the right words.
-

Reflection, Journaling + Sound
Self-guided practices that create space to notice, reflect, express, and deepen your connection with yourself.
How We Explore It
❥ Journaling prompts and reflective questions offer gentle starting points for self-inquiry, curiosity, and greater awareness.
❥ Affirmations and intentional reflection invite you to notice the stories you carry and explore different ways of relating to yourself.
❥ Music, playlists, and sound may accompany movement, rest, ritual, reflection, or simply create space to feel.
Why We Use It
Sometimes putting something into words helps us see it differently.
Sometimes music helps us access something words can’t reach.
And sometimes a single question creates an opening we didn’t know we needed.
These practices offer different ways to notice what’s happening within you and stay connected to what you’re discovering.
-

Guest Voices + Perspectives
Conversations and experiences that introduce different perspectives, lived experiences, and areas of expertise.
How We Explore It
❥ We periodically invite practitioners, educators, speakers, and women with relevant expertise or lived experience to share with our community.
❥ Topics may explore areas such as menopause, boundaries, relationships, money, self-trust, sexuality, nervous system care, personal growth, and other aspects of living and healing.
❥ Guest experiences may include conversation, education, reflection, practical tools, or embodied exploration.
Why We Use It
No single person, practice, or perspective has all the answers.
Hearing different voices gives us opportunities to encounter new ideas, expand our understanding, notice what resonates — and what doesn’t — and discover something we may want to explore further.
-

Guest Facilitators + Complementary Practices
Opportunities to experience practices beyond our regular offerings with facilitators who bring their own modalities, perspectives, and ways of working.
How We Explore It
❥ Guest experiences may include Laughter Yoga, yoga, breathwork, sound, creative practices, movement, and other complementary modalities.
❥ Facilitators bring their own approach while offering experiences that align with Superfine Synergy’s values of choice, curiosity, and respectful participation.
❥ You’re invited to experience something new without needing to decide beforehand whether it’s “for you.”
Why We Use It
Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.
A practice that deeply resonates with one person may not resonate with another — and what supports you can change throughout your life.
Exploring different practices gives you opportunities to experience them for yourself and discover what feels meaningful, useful, or supportive to you.
-

Community + Connection
Opportunities to practice alongside others, connect, share, listen, or simply experience being part of something together.
How We Explore It
❥ Live classes and experiences create opportunities to practice alongside other women in real time.
❥ Some experiences may include optional sharing, reflection, conversation, or simply witnessing and listening.
❥ As Superfine continues to grow, additional community gatherings and Support Circles may offer more opportunities for intentional connection.
Why We Use It
So much of life asks us to figure things out on our own.
Community gives us another possibility.
You can participate actively or quietly. You can share when you want to and listen when you don’t. You can turn your camera on or leave it off.
Connection is available here — but it is never something you have to earn through participation.

There’s No One Right Way to Do This
You may love movement and have no interest in journaling.
You may crave deep rest one week and want to dance the next.
A practice that doesn’t resonate with you today may be exactly what you need six months from now.
That’s the point.
Superfine Synergy isn’t built around finding the one practice that will “fix” you.
We create opportunities to explore different ways of moving, resting, reflecting, expressing, connecting, and being with yourself — so you can discover what supports you.
Follow your curiosity. Notice what resonates. Leave what doesn’t. Come back when something else calls to you.
