Why Join Us?

Winter asks us to turn inward.

Spring invites us to open again.

But when you’ve spent months indoors, holding so much — responsibilities, stress, uncertainty, even the heaviness of the season — opening doesn’t always happen automatically.

Sometimes we need a little space to reawaken joy.

Spring Joy is an evening designed to gently help you shift from heaviness to lightness, from isolation to connection.

Inside this gathering you’ll have space to:

  • Laugh and release tension through guided Laughter Yoga

  • Reflect on what’s ready to grow in this next season of your life

  • Rest and integrate through a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra practice

  • Connect with other women in a supportive and welcoming space

This isn’t about forced happiness or pretending everything is fine.

It’s about allowing moments of joy, breath, and connection to return — naturally.

Because joy is not something we chase.

It’s something we allow.

Members attend free. Single Tickets $30.

What to Expect

Everything offered is an invitation — because joy and connection grow through choice, not force.

  • Laugh Yoga

    ❥ Awaken & Uplift

We begin with Laugh Yoga — a playful practice that uses intentional laughter, breath, and simple movement to awaken energy in the body.

Laughter increases oxygen flow, boosts circulation, and helps release built-up tension — even when it begins intentionally.

You’ll be invited to laugh, breathe, and move in ways that gently shift the nervous system from heaviness toward lightness.

No comedy required. No pressure to perform.

  • Reflective Journaling

    ❥ Listen Within & Clarify

After laughter awakens the body, we transition into reflective journaling guided by Danielle.

This is a quiet moment to notice what has shifted and to explore what feels ready to bloom in the season ahead.

You’ll be invited to reflect on what you’re carrying, what you’re ready to release, and what kind of energy you’d like to welcome into this next chapter.

    No perfect answers required.

Just honesty, curiosity, and space to hear your own voice again.

  • Yoga Nidra

    ❥ Integrate & Restore

From there, we move into a guided Yoga Nidra practice.

Here, your body gets to rest. Fully.

Yoga Nidra supports nervous-system regulation and integration — allowing the shifts from laughter and reflection to settle into the body instead of being rushed past.

You’ll be invited to lie down, be supported, and guided gently.

    Nothing to achieve.
    Nothing to perform.

    Just rest and integration.

  • Community Connection

    ❥ Gather & Be Witnessed

We close by gathering together — because joy deepens when it’s shared.

You’ll have space to reflect, share (if you wish), or simply listen to others in the room.

Spring Joy is not about performing happiness.

It’s about allowing lightness, connection, and honesty to coexist.

This is where joy becomes relational.

Meet Danielle — Your Host & Facilitator

Spring Joy is hosted by Danielle Gaebel, founder of Superfine Synergy and a trauma-informed Yoga Nidra guide.

Danielle’s work centers on a simple belief: when women have space to breathe, move, reflect, and rest together, something powerful begins to shift.

Her approach blends somatic awareness, nervous-system support, and intentional community to create spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and with one another.

For this gathering, Danielle will guide the reflective journaling and Yoga Nidra portion of the evening — helping participants integrate the lightness of laughter and gently explore what is ready to bloom in the season ahead.

She is known for facilitating structured yet spacious experiences, grounded yet deeply human.

Choice-based. Accessible. Free from pressure to perform.

Danielle creates rooms where women can soften, reflect, and reconnect — together.

Meet Terri — Your Laugh Yoga Guide

Terri Andreozzi is a Superfine Synergy board member, certified JourneyDance® facilitator, and Laughter Yoga leader who is passionate about helping people reconnect with joy through movement and shared experience.

Her journey began in 2008, when she discovered JourneyDance® at Kripalu during a difficult season in her life — an experience that sparked a deep personal healing path and a lifelong love of embodied practices.

Today, Terri leads Laughter Yoga pop-ups, movement workshops, and community wellness experiences, bringing playful energy and heart-centered connection to every space she facilitates.

She believes joy is something we must actively protect and cultivate — and that laughter can be powerful medicine for the body, mind, and spirit.

This is a sacred, supportive, judgment-free space. Come as you are.

All movement is suggestion-based. You are always free to move (or not move) in ways that feel aligned.

    No experience necessary.

This offering is open to all women — cis, trans, and nonbinary people who feel spiritually, somatically, and socially aligned with women-centered healing.
