If your schedule allows, we invite you to imagine something many women rarely give themselves:
An entire day devoted to their own wellbeing.

Not because you've reached burnout.
Simply because you matter.
Throughout the day, you'll be guided through practices that support your nervous system, reconnect you with your body, and create space to breathe, move, release, and rest.
The Superfine Reset Schedule
9-10am ET — Morning Reset Ritual
Arrive. Breathe. Check in. Set an intention. Tap. Journal.
12-1pm ET — JourneyDance®
Release stress, reconnect with your body, and move with freedom.
3-4pm ET — Yoga Nidra
Deep rest and nervous system restoration.
Whether you join us for one experience or spend the day with us, you'll leave feeling more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself.

No worries. You’ll receive two weeks of replay access, so you can create your own Self-Care Day whenever it works for you.

International Self-Care Day is an invitation to do something different.

Throughout the day, you'll have opportunities to slow down, reconnect with yourself, move your body, release stress, and experience deep rest — all within a compassionate, trauma-informed community of women.

Whatever you choose, let this be a reminder that caring for yourself isn't selfish.
It's one of the most important things you can do.

We'll begin the day by slowing down.
Through breath, gentle nervous-system practices, EFT tapping, reflective journaling, and intention setting, you'll have space to check in with yourself before the busyness of life takes over.
No pressure.
No fixing.
Just an opportunity to notice what you need and begin your day from a place of presence instead of autopilot.

JourneyDance™
❥ Move & Release
From there, we'll move into JourneyDance — a guided, expressive movement practice that invites you to reconnect with your body and gently release what you've been carrying.
There are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong.
Just an opportunity to move with curiosity, express what words sometimes cannot, and create space for greater freedom, aliveness, and self-connection.
No performance. No judgment.
Just permission to move in whatever way feels true for you.

Yoga Nidra
❥ Rest & Restore
We close the day with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, offering your body and nervous system time to fully integrate the experiences of the day.
Often called "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra invites you into a state of deep rest while remaining gently aware.
Nothing to achieve.
Nothing to fix.
Just an opportunity to receive the rest, restoration, and care your body has been asking for.
Meet Danielle — Your Host & Facilitator
The Superfine Reset is hosted by Danielle, founder and executive director of Superfine Synergy, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to trauma-informed wellness and healing experiences for women.
Danielle believes that healing doesn't have to begin with doing more — it often begins by creating space to pause, listen, move, and rest.
Drawing from a diverse toolkit of body-based and mindfulness practices, she creates experiences that help women reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and move beyond the patterns of stress, overwhelm, and survival mode.
Throughout the day, Danielle will guide participants through a Morning Reset Ritual, JourneyDance®, and Yoga Nidra — offering a gentle progression from presence, to expression, to deep restoration.
She is known for facilitating experiences that are both thoughtfully structured and deeply spacious.
Choice-based. Trauma-informed. Accessible. Free from pressure to perform.
Whether you join us for one session or spend the entire day together, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.
Details to Note

An open mind.
A space where you can move and later lie down comfortably.
Internet access to join via Zoom.
Comfortable clothes (layers work best).
Water.
2–4 blankets and/or a yoga mat for rest.
Pillows for under your head, knees, or wherever you need support (optional).
An eye pillow or mask (optional).
A journal (or paper) and pen
Candles or soft lighting (optional).
Headphones or earbuds (strongly recommended for the best sound experience).

We’ll begin with a gentle welcome — grounding into the space and orienting to what the evening will hold.
From there, we’ll move into Laughter Yoga, a playful practice of breath and intentional laughter designed to awaken energy, release tension, and invite lightness into the body.
After laughter, we transition into reflective journaling, giving you space to notice what has shifted and explore what may be ready to bloom in the season ahead.
Then we settle into Yoga Nidra, allowing your nervous system to drop into deep rest, integration, and renewal.
We close with optional community connection.
You’re welcome to reflect, share, or simply listen.
Many people feel quiet, relaxed, or sleepy after Yoga Nidra — that’s completely normal.
You are always invited to honor what you need.

This is a choice-based, trauma-aware space where you’re encouraged to follow what feels right for you.

Good question! Here’s what you need to know…
A Zoom link will be sent after you register.
You’ll receive reminder emails the day before and one hour before we begin.
This is a sacred, supportive, judgment-free space. Come as you are.
You’re welcome to keep your camera off. We simply ask that you say hello in the chat so we know you’re present.
All movement is suggestion-based. You are always free to move (or not move) in ways that feel aligned.
No experience necessary.
This offering is open to all women — cis, trans, and nonbinary people who feel spiritually, somatically, and socially aligned with women-centered healing.
Everything is choice-based. Move at your own pace.

Yes.
A replay will be available for two weeks after the live gathering.
Members of the Superfine Synergy community receive ongoing access to the replay inside the private portal.
