Kundalini Dance: Ganesha — Move Through What’s Stuck

An embodied Kundalini Dance experience focused on working with resistance, navigating what feels stuck, and creating gentle forward movement — inspired by Ganesha.

Ganesha represents the part of you that meets obstacles with patience and awareness. The part that understands that resistance isn’t something to fight — but something to listen to.

His energy is steady. Supportive. Grounded.

This is about learning how to move with what feels blocked — rather than pushing past it.

We’ll begin by tuning in with Sanskrit mantra — connecting to the teacher within — then move into breath, rhythmic movement, and grounded sequences that support the body in feeling safe enough to shift.

Through intentional music and structured movement, we explore:

  • noticing where you feel stuck, hesitant, or resistant

  • staying connected to your body instead of overriding it

  • allowing small, supported shifts to emerge over time

This is not about breaking through or forcing change.

It’s about building the conditions where movement becomes possible — in a way your body can trust.

You may find that what once felt like a block begins to soften, reorganize, or open in unexpected ways.

Class concludes with integration in rest.

No experience needed. A trauma-aware, choice-based space where you are invited to move at your own pace.

Come reconnect with your ability to move forward — gently, steadily, and in a way that feels sustainable.
