On the historic grounds of the 1969 Woodstock festival, we’ll tap into the spirit of peace, freedom, connection, and creative expression through a body-based JourneyDance® experience.

Through music, guided and free-form movement, you’ll be invited to get out of your head, reconnect with your body, and make space for joy, expression, and whatever wants to move.

There are no steps to learn, no choreography to follow, and no way to get it wrong. Come exactly as you are and move in the way that feels right for you.
