The Longest Night: A Winter Solstice Rest

Honor the darkness. Welcome the light. Give yourself permission to rest.

On the longest night of the year, we're gathering to slow down, turn inward, and honor the Winter Solstice through the restorative practice of Yoga Nidra.

The Winter Solstice reminds us that everything moves in cycles — light and dark, activity and rest, growth and stillness. As the darkness reaches its peak and the light begins its gradual return, we're invited to pause and move through the season a little more intentionally.

Join Danielle, Certified Yoga Nidra Guide and Trauma-Informed Practitioner, for a cozy online gathering featuring candlelight, a gentle Solstice reflection, and 50 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra.

No movement. No journaling. No intentions to set. Nothing to accomplish.

Come in your pajamas, grab your favorite blankets, light a candle, and get comfortable. You can even join from bed! Cameras can be off during the practice.

Free registration includes the live experience and two weeks of replay access.

You've done enough. Come lie down.
