For women who are holding everything together — and feeling the weight of it — we gather monthly for a JourneyDance® + Yoga Nidra experience to move, integrate, and rise together.
This month, we’ll explore the patterns that quietly run our lives — the ways we overextend, override ourselves, or stay stuck in cycles that no longer serve us.
Not by analyzing them. But by working with them in the body.
Through JourneyDance®, you’ll be guided through a choice-based, somatic movement experience to help you release tension and stored stress, notice where you brace, push, or shut down, and explore new ways of responding — without forcing change.
We then transition into trauma-informed Yoga Nidra, where your system can rest, integrate, and recalibrate.
This is where the work begins to land.
We close with optional space for reflection and connection — because healing doesn’t happen in isolation.
No choreography. No performance. Camera on or off — always your choice.
