Kundalini Dance: Shiva - Stay With What Is

An embodied Kundalini Dance experience focused on presence, steadiness, and witnessing — inspired by Shiva.

Shiva represents the part of you that can stay. The part that doesn’t need to react, fix, or escape — but can be with what’s here.

His energy is grounded. Steady. Aware.

This session is about strengthening your ability to remain present in your body — even when sensation, emotion, or energy begins to shift.

We’ll begin by tuning in with Sanskrit mantra — connecting to the teacher within — then move into slow, guided, intentional movement, breath, and rhythmic patterns that support awareness without overwhelm.

Through grounded music and repetitive, meditative movement, we explore:

  • noticing sensation without immediately reacting

  • staying with movement as it builds, shifts, or softens

  • allowing experience to unfold without needing to control it

This is not about forcing calm or getting it “right.”

It’s about building the capacity to be with what’s happening — and trust yourself there.

Class concludes with integration in rest.

No experience needed. A trauma-aware, choice-based space where you are invited to move at your own pace.

Come reconnect with your ability to stay present, steady, and aware in your body.
