This session is about strengthening your ability to remain present in your body — even when sensation, emotion, or energy begins to shift.
We’ll begin by tuning in with Sanskrit mantra — connecting to the teacher within — then move into slow, guided, intentional movement, breath, and rhythmic patterns that support awareness without overwhelm.
Through grounded music and repetitive, meditative movement, we explore:
noticing sensation without immediately reacting
staying with movement as it builds, shifts, or softens
allowing experience to unfold without needing to control it
This is not about forcing calm or getting it “right.”
It’s about building the capacity to be with what’s happening — and trust yourself there.
Class concludes with integration in rest.
