Why I Chose These Three Experiences for The Superfine Reset

When I created The Superfine Reset, I didn't randomly choose three wellness practices and put them on a schedule.

Every experience was chosen with intention.

Each one offers something complete on its own.

And if you happen to join us for all three, you'll experience a gentle progression — from reconnecting with yourself... to releasing what you've been carrying... to receiving deep rest.

Because here's what I've noticed...

So many women tell me they're exhausted.

But when they finally have a quiet moment...

Their minds don't stop.
Their bodies don't soften.
They don't know how to receive the rest they've been craving.

That's why The Superfine Reset unfolds the way it does.

We begin by reconnecting.

Not fixing.
Not changing.
Not becoming a "better" version of ourselves.

Just reconnecting.

The Morning Reset Ritual is an opportunity to slow down long enough to notice what's actually happening inside you.

We'll breathe.
Tap.
Journal.
Set an intention.

Reconnect with self before the noise of the day takes over again.

And if this is the only session you can join, that's okay.

You'll leave with simple practices you can return to long after the day is over.

Next, we release.

Because sometimes what we're carrying doesn't need another conversation.

It needs somewhere to go.

That's where JourneyDance® comes in.

This isn't choreography.
There are no steps to memorize.
Nobody is judging how you move.

In fact, one of my favorite things about offering JourneyDance online is that you're in your own space.

Shut your door.
Close your camera if you want.
Turn up the music.
And simply let your body move.

Some women laugh.
Some cry.
Some have a profound experience they
can't quite put into words until days later.
Others simply spend an hour feeling good in their bodies again.

Someone once described it to me as "clubbing with my soul sisters."
Another called it church.

Neither description is wrong :)

The point isn't to dance well.

The point is to give your body permission to express what words sometimes can't.

And if this is the only experience you join, I think you'll be amazed by what can shift in just one hour of giving yourself permission to move.

Finally, we receive.

Not because we've earned it.
Not because we've finally crossed everything off our to-do list.

Because restoration is something we all deserve.

Yoga Nidra offers your body and nervous system an opportunity to settle.

To integrate.
To restore.

I think there's a difference between and resting.

Collapsing happens when we've pushed ourselves beyond our limits.

Rest is something we choose.

And receiving that kind of rest is a practice.

If Yoga Nidra is the only session you can make, I hope you'll gift yourself that hour.

Because deep rest is something most of us need far more often than we allow ourselves to receive.

Whether you join us for one experience...
Two...
Or all three…

My hope is the same.

That you leave feeling a little more connected to yourself than when you arrived.

A little more grounded.
A little more spacious.
A little more alive.

That's The Superfine Reset.

Not three random wellness classes.

An invitation to reconnect.
Release.
And receive.

Join us for one session, two sessions, or the whole Self-Care Day on Friday, July 24.

And if July 24 doesn't work for you, register anyway. You'll receive two weeks of replay access, so you can create your own Self-Care Day whenever it fits your life.

Join us for The Superfine Reset — it’s completely free.
